  This is a business that also sells on Amazon. Delivery was via Amazon, with an Aquiline tracking number, which is useless. I waited 3 days, then contacted seller threatening to cancel, then Amazon pulled up with the order! No way to track or inquire about this order, and no return communication from the seller regarding my inquiry. The product looks as described, although the silver is thin and does not look like it will hold up over time. The price was good, so you get what you pay for.

  I returned these items because I was surprised by how small they were. I think that if I'd examined the listing more carefully I'd have found information in it somewhere indicating that they were only 3 inches long. But because I was focused on price I didn't perform due diligence and so was caught by surprise when the actual product arrived. The transaction was otherwise fine, and the seller is reliable and honest, seeing as they are willing to accept a return on this product.

  The item is great! Really happy with the price and quality and that it matches the description. The item matches the description in new condition. My only critique is that the listing said it would be shipped through UPS, but I received a tracking number from Aquiline which then was delivered by Amazon. Clearly a third party that places your order through Amazon, but I received it two days prior to the delivery date which was great! Overall, great transaction!

  The SK5 Utility Blades arrived, but not from California as described in the description, but was drop shipped from Amazon in their Stone Mountain, GA (Prime Warehouse), which I dislike as I don't support Amazon. Although the quality/quantity is an ok value, not great, but not horrible, as they are much thinner than big box store brands, so durability is questionable. The Seller needs to be more transparent in drop shipping from Amazon as I was on the fence giving a negative rating.
