On 8/31, I ordered boots in anticipation for a tropical storm. The tropical storm and hurricane that followed came and went and still no boots. The boots were delivered on 9/11. I think 12 days is way too long to receive an item - maybe a week at most. I would’ve paid extra for expedited shipping. Other than the length of time for shipping, the boots came packaged wonderfully, in excellent condition, and a great experience with the seller.
