    Definitely not new as described. But packaged well and no substantial damage. Works with our previous cameras and a good price. Please use a different delivery service or don’t put must sign. Attempted delivery at 7:30am. Left card. I had to reschedule and still delivered at 7:30am

    The Item I received was not as mentioned.The cigarette connecting plug was missing and It doesn't work or If it gets turn on it shuts down within 10 seconds by itself. I tried contacting the seller several times by texting on ebay and calling on their website telephone number, but he didn't respond at all. I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

    Item/s are new, quality is new, great value, appearance unmarked. Had a little trouble with couriers handling the delivery. A bit of a mix up with delivery address then they lost it, they found it after a couple of days. I changed the delivery address to a click and collect address and all was good. I suggest using a click and collect address to help with assuring delivery. Seller didn't respond to my 1st couple of messages then they finally got back to me, all good now
