    It's very simple. I purchased Timberland shoes and I never got them. I messaged the seller, he messaged me back asking if I still wanted the shoes or if I wanted a refund. Why wouldn't I want the shoes? I bought them, didn't I? I told him I wanted the shoes, but I got a refund anyway.
