  It's been 18 days and I have still have not received the item. I requested refund and the seller wants me to wait longer for he or she to investigate with USPS. Tracking shows that the label was created 3 days after purchase but the package was never received by USPS. Seller's response: "I did my part". I ended up filing a case with eBay.
