Outer Packaging box, was far too big, for the item which was in the original smaller box, even this box was too large, to hold 25 cards. Perhaps the seller in future should adjust, their outer packaging to fit items being posted. See photographs.

The order arrived as a birthday present in the wrong size. I was sent a medium instead of 2XL. When contacted they apologised as the listing was incorrect and couldn’t send me the correct size. I was told to return it for a full refund. However, they are still advertising the same hoody in a 2xl so they are either consistently sending the wrong sized item out in the hope that people don't return them or just could not be bothered to rectify their error. very dissapointing.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry again for this error. The listing purchased from is still active but we have fixed all errors so there will be no future issues with sizes. And I have doubled checked, we don't have the 2XL hoodie you purchased in stock.
