received wrong color, ordered white and received pink. was a gift for a guy friend for christmas, ended up having to find a carhartt store to buy the correct one, because i literally wouldn’t have cared if it was any other color BUT PINK for him, all the other colors this seller sells were neutral colors so it would’ve been fine but no 😭and seller never responded after i said i recieved the wrong color :(
hate to leave bad review but this was upsetting..

Seller is very rude, disrespectful and defensive. Item has nicks and scuffs on it. Hard to see thru plastic case. Looks used. Upon letting seller know of this matter, he said he would swap it out for another one if i pay return shipping. Not fair if i have to pay twice for shipping for swapping it out. When i told seller that, he became irate and things went downhill from there. Poor customer service and worse additude. I"ll keep item, just so I dont have to deal with seller and his behavior.

Why didn't you open a claim? why didnt you return the item? why are you trying to tarnish my reputation? iI suggest you stop this and revise your feed back. i work my knuckles to the bone for my livelihood, sometimes burn a tank of gas a day through my truck running after items for you buyers. i dont mind it, ill drive for a week straight if the right item were to present itself. Needless to say, im sorry you are the way you are, and that you felt the need to take whatever pain out on me.ty
