Item was advertised as a new vacuum. You are getting a returned vacuum cleaner, and in my case without a box, not even close to described. I had purchased two of these. The other still had the Amazon return label on it. I have already wasted my time on this purchase Seller has not responded so I will escalate to a claim & chargeback if needed. Would never buy anything from this seller again.

Yes, we dropped the ball on this order and the wrong grade was shipped. So sorry for the inconvenience! We have issued prepaid return labels for both units.

Defective vacuum. Initial direct message was ignored. Responded after return was initiated. Seller thought I was using the wrong setting. Ended up making three videos to show the issue, posting them to YouTube, and sharing the link. Eventually got tired of the back and fourth and asked for a refund preferably, or a discount to figure it out on my own. Seller promptly processed the return and refund to resolve it.
