  This a great seller! The item was accurately described, in great condition, very clean unit - and at a great price. Unfortunately, the box got smashed up in shipping, so despite great packing the unit was broken (front panel detached, loose parts rattling in the enclosure). I uploaded the photos of the damage, and the seller called me back immediately. We had a great conversation, mourned the untimely loss of a great instrument, and he immediately issued a full refund. Wonderful seller - A+++!

  This item was packaged very well, and although the shipping transit time was slow due to shipper screw ups and weather conditions, it arrived it great condition. The seller was very gracious and understanding when I informed him the item would not power up, and he suggested I open it up and look for proper connections. I found one ribbon cable that was unseated during shipping, and that was the issue. The seller offered discounts on further purchases, which was very welcome. Oustanding seller!

  Boards arrived within a few days of the order, came in a bubble wrap package, which seems to have kept them safe although if I were the shipper, I would’ve probably slipped a few pieces of bubble wrap / envelope between / around them just to ensure they were fully protected. There were a few punctures in the antistatic bags from the pins being Pressed against but overall they seem intact and I expect them to work and the delivery time was quick at what overall could be considered an good price
