  Hello, The Tesla and Trailer arrived in condition as described. I asked for it to be packed and parcelled well for the journey to Tasmania. Sadly, the model came in a flimsy plastic postal envelope and the gift box corners inside were consequently crushed. However, it was stated that the model would come without gift box but it did which was a compensating minor bonus. So, overall, very happy with the undamaged model and overall purchase choice.
