  Whilst the Communication and delivery were great, the item (Protech Shaver) was not a Philips Shaver as ordered. Therefore cannot give a glowing recommendation on this item. Nowhere on the packaging or the item was there a mention of it being a Philips Shaver. Will not buy from this seller again.

  Very disappointed with this purchase. It appears the seller never shipped the item, as there were no tracking updates provided at any stage. After the estimated delivery date passed, I was informed the item was “lost in transit.” This was meant to be a gift for children, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Poor communication and lack of accountability . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SELLER .
