The Fortin Plug and play remote start was pretty simple to install thanks to the great customer service from Anderson Electronics. Before the item was sent it was programmed for my 2011 VW Routan. The directions were easy to follow and I felt confident if I ran into trouble, I could reach out for assistance. Contacted seller to assure item was compatible with my truck and was told it was and was told to go ahead and place the order. Placed order only to be told after I contacted them for details on shipment that they didn't have item instock...and then told that It would be shipped out on the following tuesday and I would receive it by Friday. Here it is a week later and still haven't received order even after the shipper showed that it would be delivered on Saturday may 11 2024...now shows 5/13/24!
