    works, but VERY sloooooowwwwwww on getting it in the mail. Purchased on the 9th. I asked on the 12th for an update and on the 13th the seller responded "We have been running limited hours. Your item has been packaged and is waiting pick up by the carrier. You should see your tracking update by tomorrow." USPS didn't get the package until the 18th. Seller really needs to work on shipping quicker! Other than that, all okay with a working power supply, in good condition, at a decent price.

    Been on eBay for 11 years and this is by far the best quality package I’ve recieved. Extremely well packaged with good quality box. Bought two hard drives and both were wrapped and sealed along with bubble wrapped. Very good deal on both of these from AndersonTech Solutions and will have to take a look around to see what else they have!

    Received Item and found that it had a problem of being recognized. I sent a message to Western Digital about the situation with photos of messages from my computer. They was said that they were in the midst of trying to recover from the destruction caused by the severe whether. I understood the situation wished them well and waited to their ability to responded better. A few days later they contacted me and stated they would issue me a refund, and apologized with the problem I had.Great Seller!
