    While the item was delivered a little late, it was sent immediately upon purchase, and the delay was due to carrier issues not the seller. The robot arrived in the condition it was described in working condition. The quality and appearance were good. I contacted the seller regarding the power cord to the dock as it is different than what comes standard with this Roomba series. The seller was incredibly responsive, and I have only positive things to say about our interactions with this purchase.
