  Item received very well packed unfortunately there was a small leak at the bottom of the teapot spout where it joined the pot. It looked new and unused so the seller could not have known of leak. A very quick response by seller resulted in a complete refund so no problem. I’m sure as seller has 100% feedback this was just bad luck and not the sellers fault.
