  This seller is located overseas and they don’t notate that a tariff fee will be assessed to the purchase after the item is delivered. In my experience buying through eBay I have never been considered an importer. The seller did not want to be responsible for the misinformation and did not refund the fee charged. Please be cautious when buying from this seller.

  I have almost 40,000 sales on eBay and this is the first time that someone has asked me to pay taxes in their country as if I were a citizen. Every time someone buys in a country other than their own, it is considered an import of goods and services and must be paid, otherwise, a country does not live in them.
