Arrived on time, however courier left package ON TOP of letterbox, instead of opening the box (key is left in it) and placing package safely out of sight and inside the letterbox, which is easily large enough. Courier could also have placed it on front door step which is down drive and out of sight. Happy with seller, courier Aramex could/should have done better

    Arrived in good condition, quality seems good, they are good value and their appearance is new. The pics are a bit misleading they don't come in separate bags or even in one sealed bag. They come altogether in a small nondescript padded envelope so be careful opening it as they may fall out. I had to search my kitchen floor to find one of the small ones, otherwise all is good.

    Terrible service. Ordered plugs and was informed that they would be approx 1 week. After 2 weeks they never arrived and I emailed them. Their response was that it is only 2-3 days away. Another week went by and still no item received. They have now issued a refund stating they didn't have the product. Its now been a month and I will order my plugs through a reputable dealer. Do NOT recommend seller.
