Yes it shipped on the day it said it would, but the actual arrival time was 5-7 days later. Still worth it and would order again from here if I was in need of another.

    Excellent item exactly as described assembled and working within an hour had a small problem with the touch screen and after contacting customer support was asked to give it a few days to see if it sorted itself out after 2 weeks of virtually constant use the problem was still there so contacted customer support again and thy dispatched a new screen to me with no problem which arrived a week later from China. Highly recommend the seller and the item. Well done A+++++

    Seller informed me Item had to be split over two packages due to weight. There was a long delay from receiving the free filament to receiving the actual printer. I was concerned due to the fact that the printer had shipped first???. All that aside, I live in the isle of man and both items did arrive very well packaged with no damage.     Leider wurde nur 3 mal das richtige resin geliefert und 2 mal das falsche. Der Kontakt zu Anycubic ist aber sehr angenehm. Hier wurde sich schnell um das Problem gekümmert die fehl Lieferung darf ich berhalten und die fehl Lieferung wird mir erneut zu gesendet . Damit bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann den Verkäufer uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Ich werde hier aufjedenfall noch öfter bestellen und werde dies auch meinen Freunden empfehlen.
