When purchasing this item, I selected the Gen 3 instead of the Gen 4. As soon as I printed my confirmation, I realized my mistake. I submitted a request to Cancel this order so I could order the correct one instead. EBay indicated it could be up to three days to verify. But, I received an immediate response from Gail at Anytime Tools, confirming my order had been cancelled. Great Customer Service from Gail. I have placed the order for the Gen 4 from this same seller, Anytime Tools.
