Welcome to The Memory Palace, we are a family owned business, based out of South East Wisconsin. Our goal is to offer quality items at a fair price with outstanding customer service. We ship 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). We usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, and when possible we will ship the very same day provided payment arrives early enough. We make every effort to satisfy all customers to ensure that they had a pleasant interaction, and will work hard to solve any issues that may arise. All we ask is that if you have a problem with any part of a transaction that you please contact us first.
