      I often have bad luck with my online purchases so I got a little impatient when the items status didn't get updated to shipped after three days and I messaged the seller. Who responded politely and professionally and the next day my item arrived. Only saying all this to make it worth the sellers time when I was bugging him and he was working on my order so sorry and thanks again

      The product was a CAPA certified hood latch. It fit & worked perfectly. The package took way too long to be delivered but that is not on the seller it is on the USPS. Not sure how it is in your area but the USPS has there issues where I live. Again, the seller & I communicated several times during the shipping delay and he was always professional & prompt with his responses. Overall, I would highly recommend Apex CarParts.

      Never received grill and Fedx couldn't track with wrong address. Four emails to seller and no response. This isn't how you run a business and I now understand why they have negative feedbacks. I would not try to buy from them again and suggest you do the same. It really pays to view a seller's feedback because it gives you good information that's important to your purchase.

      I had to ask them for my tracking# as they didn’t provide one. It was shipped from DALLAS, TX? I followed tracking# it was delivered to a diff recipient indicating they gave the wrong tracking#. they blamed fed ex for losing the shipment and said they sent a replacement and gave a diff tracking# the 2nd one was delivered the day before the first tracking# again to the wrong address but same street name how is the possible? From beginning they shipped to the wrong place. No replacement or refund
