    They were sent timely and what I wanted. First package did arrive not packed well and all 10 were broken . A prompt fix and another 10 were sent with only one of the 10 broken. I was given a refund for that one piece broken . So while I was disappointed in the breakage and badly package glass for postage, the response was quick , friendly and satisfactory . They tried very hard to sort it out which I appreciated.,
