    Item was advertised as "MINT" "Lancaster Board Game Queen Strategy Board Game NEW SEALED MINT". however, there was no care taken in the shipment of the game (no padding) it arrived with dents all over the box due to poor packaging. My option was to return the item if it was sealed, but I had to remove the seal to inspect that damage. I was told it had no padding in order minimize shipping cost. I disagree, adding padding has min impact on shipping. Would not purchase from this seller again.

    We allowed him a variety of options and one of them was a free return, free shipping label and a full refund. He also refused to show any damage to the item. The pictures he provided show a perfectly fine board game and box. You just can't make everyone happy.
