Opening for business in 1982; Edgewater Parts got its start as a one man operation in a basement. During these humble beginnings and tallying only 10 different items; dishwasher pump kits, lint screens, and dryer thermostats were the original mainstays of the company. Today, Edgewater Part’s home is now a 20,000 square foot warehouse in Riverton, New Jersey housing and shipping over 3500 different parts world wide.

Unfortunately I didn't notice this until 3 days after ordering. On the 4th day when it still hadn't shipped and Seller had not bothered to respond to my inquiry's, I was forced to request a refund. I believe that at some point between opening his small business back in the 80's or when ever, he forgot what good Customer Service means. It's a shame really. He charges twice what others do for better service, then fails.
