    I ordered x 2 of these items. Unfortunately one was damaged on arrival. The second one was in good condition and is being used. Ebay was informed of the damaged item and I was contacted soon after. The seller had been contacted and agreed to return the item free of charge. A postage label was emailed with assurance a refund would be sent shortly after it was received. Ebay also informed me that if there were any problems to contact them. At this stage I'm expecting my refund soon.

    long story short, Be wary of this seller. No communication after buying when I had questions about postage. After 6 weeks of using the filter which installed easily, my water pressure on the filter tap went very low so I the went through all external possibilities that may have caused it. Reached out to this seller asking for help and again completely ignored. I asked for a return or refund as I wasn’t getting any help to which they just declined it and left me hanging. Either faulty or a fake.
