I eventually received the item and the condition was as described in the listing, but shipping response by the Seller to USPS was extremely slow, and Seller would not communicate with me after my attempts to contact them. Seller finally shipped the item and provided me a tracking number three weeks after purchase and after I contacted Ebay. It was not a smooth transaction due to slow shipping response, and total lack of communications from the Seller. Would not purchase from again.
