  The item (laptop keyboard) just didn't arrive at all. I contacted the seller, who just didn't respond at all. Ebay gave my money back almost automatically without really even asking (I needed the keyboard, not the money). Very disappointing that the seller (ARC.Computer) made no attempt at all to message me back or anything. Also beware, no tracking/registered post is offered at all, no idea what happens to the items that were apparently shipped. Waste of a few weeks, now have to find another.
