All I asked is how come it hasn’t shipped yet and he practically just went off now he’s not even sending it and I have to wait to get my money back, don’t waste your time with these people they are rude and don’t ever send anything anyways, so the question is what are they doing with the free loan they got off me.

We offered you a refund when we couldn't meet your expectation of immediate shipping for an order placed at ~8pm on a Saturday. We are not open and do not ship orders on weekends, as advised. You did not respond to this message to give us an answer, but it is clear you read it. We have shipped thousands of products to reasonable and loyal customers all over the world, i'm sorry we could not meet your expectations.
