  One of the truss rods got lost in shipping. The seller was kind enough to replace it. The packages were both torn when I received the order. the first package lost one of it's truss rods, and the replacement package was torn and the truss rod was hanging out and almost got lost too! If customs need to check it they should tape it back up!!!! Seller was great!!!!
