This is incredible to have in my collection after Stan Lee died not only was I saddened but I thought that I would never have the opportunity to get a Stan Lee autograph it was the purchaseof a lifetime, the comic is in superb condition it was incredibly packed so well packed that I am surprised that shipping was as low as it was as I have purchased comic's before and shipping can be rather expensive. I cannot recommend art4collectors enough as a collector myself.
