Hi I received my PC Windows 11 Computer from italy I was surprised and shocked.. it was all in Italian When I Contacted the seller he told me we are Italian that's the way we sale it. I told him I don't speak Italian I also told him I bought This PC windows computer of you why didn't you set it to factory settings the seller didn't response.. I found it Very hard to reset the PC Windows to factory settings to start all over again.. to reset it to my Country English It was inpossible..!!!!!
