I opened the package and the item once I received it and a hinge rivet pulled through the metal on the solid fuel stove. I asked the seller to replace/exchange it. They made claims it was not their fault and somehow mine. I sent pictures of the faulty rivet on the stove. They finally agreed to give me a partial refund for the cost of the stove (I ordered 3 of them). They stated a refund would be issued within 72 hours. That never happened. Bad seller.

Item was described as "new and sealed". When the item arrived it was broken and definitely not sealed. I get issues happen during shipping, but the box had no tape or any type of sealing on it. I texted them to resolve this issue and THEY ASKED ME IF I COULD TAKE IT SOMEWHERE TO GET IT FIXED and or a %5 refund. This for a New expected product. We came to an agreement of a replacement. It's been 2 weeks, I haven't got a tracking number and just keep getting told to wait. Terrible company

Scam! Do not buy! The socks do not come with battery even though battery is in the title. I contacted the seller and they said that in the description it says it does not come with a battery, but I can only find that it does come with the battery. I wanted to return these socks, but they got misplaced announce it’s too late. This item is a total rip off, a lie misleading a scam.
