  The little monster got a little out of shape, she wasn’t a genuine Labubu , she came with no card… flat box apparently for posting, was brought for a gift but unfortunately as a fake not suitable… seller refunded £3 and apologised.. positive feedback for great communication and sorting the problem out straight away.. good seller 10/10

  I ordered this as being advertised in manufacturers packaging and expected it in its box. It arrived unboxed. I would never order an unboxed item (even though there were some a lot cheaper) so I felt very misled. The seller did promise that it was unused so to save effort I have kept the product, however, I will not use this supplier again.

  Seems to be excellent Eye Drops. The order was a good price and well packed so I can recommend this seller. But it took the Royal Snail 6 days to deliver the small package 35 miles from Bolton in Lancashire to Runcorn in Cheshire the very next county 2 Days late. Seller 10 out of 10. Royal Snail 0.

  Not the product in the description, I contacted the seller and was advised I can have a £2 refund £1 per item and then keep the items as an apology, I refused and requested a full refund and asked for their return policy and how I should go about returning the items 48 hours ago, I have not had any further response. False advertising and poor customer experience do not recommended.

  Claimed to be authentic, however when received it was the wrong edition and was the FAKEST looking ‘have a seat’ labubu I have laid my eyes on. Contacted the store who advised they would issue a partial refund of £3?!? INSULT. Item returned through eBay for a full refund. Do NOT buy this product, it is not authentic, nor is it worth £16.
