    This item is a knock-off, not an original Jellycat as advertised. I've been trying to return it since August 29. The seller offered 3 discounts and now refuses to cover return shipping and keeps saying I have to deal with the shipping issue. Despite eBay assuring me the issue was resolved(Sept 5th) and I'd get a prepaid label, I'm still dealing with the seller. I have over 16 run-around emails and still no option to return from seller. I'm very frustrated and would like this to be resolved asap
