Nightmare buyer - avoid - first time i've blocked a buyer in years. They sent about 40-50 eBay messages back and fourth over a £4 blu-ray. I sent photos all sides of the blu-ray, did extra protection for transit, double and triple checked it was in perfect condition and they still managed to claim it was damaged upon receiving it (even though it looked no different than in the photos I sent over to them). Also the discs are never loose when sent, plus blu-ray discs are scratch resistant anyway.
