  The item description said I would receive a pair of the pet car door covers for both left and right doors, but only one arrived. I contacted the seller who advised I do a return request. there was problems when doing this request as I`d enter all the requested information and the system would`t let me continue to complete it, I tried several times but it wouldn`t work. It was very frustrating. I advised the seller I won`t continue and throw the item in the bin. Seller gave me 30% refund.
