Everything was carefully wrapped and securely packaged, ensuring undamaged delivery, even though one box was severely creased in transit. I think the seller exaggerated the used condition of the China; it is in wonderful, apparently pristine condition. The seller is obviously very knowledgeable about all aspects of packing and shipping fragile items. I am very pleased with my purchase, and with this eBay transaction. A+
