    The item is exactly as described and arrived in a timely fashion. It was packaged to perfection and I am 100% pleased with my purchase. Communication with the seller was very good and I would order again from the seller because he did everything to please me. Melaleuca items are sometimes hard to find and I am not interested in paying to join a club where I have to receive monthly shipments. eBay is a great place to buy such items without the hassle of a membership.     Little slow in responding to order and delivery was slow. But otherwise the product arrived as described and pictured. I love this product and was aware the product had exceded the expiration date by several years. This was not disclosed by the seller, but was OK with me since I know this product.

    Hidden in this "positive" feedback the buyer made 2 false accusations. 1) My response was super fast! She paid on 6/2, I shipped on 6/3, delivered on 6/10. Ground Advantage from GA to CA takes a little time. 2) I included a close-up of the exp date in my photos. Also stated in the description: "New in Box / New, Old Stock, Best By Date 2016, Discontinued. Her statements that I was "slow to respond" and that I "didn't disclose the date" are completely false & harmful to my hard-earned reputation.
