    Shipping was delayed by three days sue to a mistake by the postal company, not the seller’s fault. The heat due to prolonged shipment caused the paint on the figure’s face to melt a little bit onto the packaging. The box was bent but that was a minor issue. Overall, great product which was still very flexible and easy to move around despite being over ten years old and bigger than expected; would recommend this seller.

    Prompt dispatch upon purchase but took almost 4 weeks in the post which is not the sellers fault. Good communication and follow up for me. Item as described. Cord was too short to reach PowerPoints at the floor level so had to purchase a USB extension cord to be able to hang it at head height on the wall.
