Item described as new, however it was clearly used. I checked the firmware on the hard drive and it had several thousand hours of run time. Arrived in a single layer of bubble wrap not in ESD safe bag or appropriate packaging for an impact sensitive hard drive. Hard drives had bad sectors. Took seller 6 days to post item. Wanted to give discount for the junk hard drives. Had to get ebay to issue a refund. I will look elsewhere and I will never buy from this seller again. You have been warned.
