    This seller was amazing went above and beyond to ensure I received my parcel even though we were out of the delivery zone they made it work and explained they can do the delivery if I pay just a little more as they found a company that would deliver to our address. I so appreciate all they did for me and communication was the best.

    The seller did not respond to my emails, the product did not arrive within 3 weeks, the tracking details did not show anything, after I lodged a complain I was asked to wait 3 more days but nothing happened except that the tracking details show that the item has been delivered 3 weeks earlier. This is false. The money was refunded and I will avoid the seller. In the meantime I bought the same socks elsewhere and the item arrived before I received a refund from the original seller.

    Seller did not send. Firstly said their courier did not deliver to my address, they wanted to refund. I suggested they use Australia post, would've been inexpensive. They said they'd sent...never arrived, then made it look like it was me who requested a refund. I just wanted my item as I bought it, and was advertised with free postage....will not buy from.this seller again.

    I purchased this product, however, couldn't get it as the seller advised me that the packaging of the units was damaged, and the seller suggested that he would refund my money if I didn't wish to complete the purchase. I did exactly so, and the sellers refund was prompt.
