After initially good communication, I sent multiple messages to the seller about the discount on the items which wasn’t applied at checkout. The seller ignored my messages and didn’t reply to. They then cancelled my order without my permission causing eBay to block me from ordering the items for 1 month. I messaged the seller again about this problem and still no reply or effort to fix the problem at their end.
