The item arrived with a crucial part missing a component needed to assemble it, rendering it useless. Contact with the seller has proved fruitless - they said they'd need to "check with their warehouse and courier". But they've not got back to me. I refund would be good, but should I really be required to pay the postage to send it back? It's a large and will cost a LOT to post! I'm very unimpressed with this seller!!
