    Had to contact seller 10 days after purchase to see where the item was as didn't arrive by due date (I literally live just up the highway). Dare say they forgot about the purchase and postage as all of a sudden it was posted just after I enquired. Whilst it was padded it arrived in a folded up Bunnings box not a proper vinyl postage box. If you're going to sell items then post them once payment is made not after the buyer contacts you to see where the item is at.

    DONT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. I ordered a Beldray Pet Plus slimline mop 6 Apr 25, very promptly I got a totally different mop with a bucket THAT I DIDNT WANT. I wrote immediately to ask for the correct mop. NO REPLY, NO MOP 😤 Wrote again 22 May to say if they didn’t respond or send correct mop I would write a bad review. Now 4 Jun so I have been VERY patient. I actually want 6-8 of these mops. lucky I did test order to see it met expectations. I will amend bad review if they act &write
