Stand didn’t come with all parts & the adjuster was busted. Packaged carelessly w/ no padding. Instructions are awful. Seller has been a nightmare to deal w/ in getting a refund. They keep offering a partial refund & I had to refuse multiple times. They suggested selling it elsewhere at a higher price. Unbelievable. They finally accepted my return request a day before eBay can step in & now they’re trying to make me pay to get it retuned, w/ a crazy address I have no idea how to send to.

arrived in damaged box, manual page is damaged, parts are missing (the lock nuts which I can buy from bunnings, too lazy to get it returned). contacted the seller for $20 partial refund, the seller agreed $15 refund after over and over negotiation, but still didn't receive the money. the worst seller met on ebay, the worst good received from ebay. the seller said about profit, I explained when post damaged goods to customers, the first thing to worry about should not be the profit any more
