    I highly recommend this seller, as I received a quality garment which was in perfect condition (as described and pictured), and delivered very quickly for a great postage price. However, I would advise the packer of faux fur jackets and coats to wrap them in tissue paper or other wrapping prior to placing in the plastic packaging, as I had a section of the coat's fur stuck to the packaging adhesive, which I had to pull off, leaving some fur behind. More care needs to be taken.

    Item as described. I am happy with it. As far as postage goes, a tracking number was issued but the item did not move for six working days. I am unsure of what happened, but the item did eventually arrive. I did contact the Authenticated who responded in a timely fashion so can’t fault communication from the reseller. I would buy from Authenticated again.

    Pants came quickly, but I also purchased matching shorts which never came. I was contacted by seller after messaging at nearly the same time to ask why the shorts didnt arrive and they said the shorts couldn’t be located. I was refunded for the shorts and given the option of a discount on any other store items I might like instead. Unfortunate as I’m holidaying and needed the items quickly, but mistakes happen and the seller handled it as best they could. Thank you

    The item I purchased was as described. Arrived clean and in good condition. Great value. Packaging was sufficient. Postage however was very lengthy at no fault of the seller but twice the eta of delivery moved a week. What should have taken 10 days tops took nearly 3 weeks, with the festive season things would have been slow.
