Part is like new. Relatively quick shipping, not as quick as it should have been for the shipping cost. I did receive 5 messages from different customer service reps in about 12 hours, saying it had shipped and asking me to confirm part was correct and doing so would get me a coupon code, one coming after I did confirm the part description and photos indicate the right part but haven't received a coupon code from them.
