Buying process was not very nice, i got messaged i need to pay VAT on top of the order price shown on the item, this was not clear at the time of purchase and is in very small print in description... Normally excluding VAT prices are shown to make it obvious and then added at checkout, i got told i will receive a call or email to then pay the VAT i prefer a no nonsense purchase.
Also the icon shows trouser and not the tool i purchased.
