  Not sellers fault but my package got lost and the seller replaced it but the couriers are useless to say the least but it took way to long and lots of investigation by me and travelling around looking for it but seller kept repeating the same story about the delivery address which i visited twice which was a closed down business, again I don’t blame the seller I think that couriers all over Australia need to learn to speak English better .

  This company went above and beyond for me. The first product got lost in transit and I was issued a full refund. I then made another purchase immediately for the same product and it arrived within four days of making my payment. I was very impressed with the way, it worked out. who helped Me was very helpful and professional when buying this product there is two options to get a discount.   Item was as described and arrived within time frame.A van pull up but did not see the driver come onto property, he did not knock at the front door or call out and he put the battery in the rock garden outside that door. It was very confusing to get a message saying the parcel was delivered but we didn't know it was there as we don't use that door and we thought it may have been delivered to the wrong address. We found it next morning after it had been in the rain all night.Luckily waterproof.

  As described, haven't tried it yet. I strongly suggest the seller review their courier. I was unable to track the item, after 7 days it was still showing "on the way to Melbourne", it finally turned up and was delivered to me in Adelaide after 9 days. Not good enough!!
