Delivery Driver dropped package without a required SIGNATURE. AND the box appears damaged! See photo below.
Your representative suggested I reject the delivery prior to signature and return it to your company for a full refund..?
Also, I previously requested confirmation as to whether Catalytic Converter is California CARB APPROVED… well is it..?
